Taking down palm wine from a tree

This photo is of a man coming down from a palm tree with palm milk in his bucket. He is midway up he tree. There are other palm trees surrounding the one he is on. They appear to have buckets hanging at the top of the tree under the fronds. [These people who collect the palm milk are known as toddy tappers. The palm milk has the properties to make a person drowsy. Modern day practice is to sell the palm milk which is collected and then brewed to make powerful palm wine.]
