Used in the CM 17-42-3 with an article of how the MCC Pax worker Harold Penner of Arnoud, Manitoba helped Santoch Kumar, his wife and child in India rise about starvation and poverty. Harold's formal photo (not enclosed) is shown in one corner of the photo which shows Mr. Kumar and his family in front of their house. When Penner left India, Mr. Kumar handed him a thank you letter to him and to MCC.
Rev. D. J. Arthur and his wife, evangelist in MB Cf. in India. Studied one year at MBBS, Fresno, Cal. to teach at seminary in India. Used CM 16-34-3. He is wearing Western dress but not his wife.
Used in CM 18-23-4. Bert Lobe tests the depth of one of the wells dug in the famine stricken region of Bihar, India while an Indian man looks on. Dated June 1967 and used in CM in 1970.
Used in CM 15-16-1. A mother aged by chronic malnutrition & dehydration waits at the distribution center in the province of Bihar. A young child (hers?) peers out from behind her. Initials in right hand corner of photo: KF.

Two photos of Abe Hoeppner, a PAX man from Windygates, Man., posing with a prize-winning young poultry farmer and a prize-winning rooster. The photo where the two are standing was used in the CM 15-2-6.
