Group of 25 women peeling potatoes?

Group of 25 women peeling potatoes. Possibly preparing them for Mennonite Central Committee canned food? Some of them are seated on overturned bushel baskets. A conveyor belt is visible through the window of the building in front of which the group is working indicating the place may be one of the canneries in St. Catharines, Ont. Likely taken in late 40s or early 50s. Was among Frank Epp's refugee photos.
