Logs to build a school

Used in CM 3-47-6 & 7-16-6. Logs that were cut in the bush are being dragged up the bank by some of the First Nations men helping on the project of building a school. C.f. 14.2995 & 14.2996 for the other 2 photos of this group.

"There were a number of points in Loon Straits where the dwellings were separated by low-lying swampy areas that easily flooded when Lake Winnipeg levels rose and this is one of those."
