This small collection consists of two account books, Joseph Hertzler's diploma from the Maplewood Institute, and several photographs. Also included is a padlock.
One scrapbook of photographs documenting Fred E. Swatzendruber's travel and work with Near East Relief from 1920 to 1921. Swartzendruber's assignment was at an orphanage in Beirut, Syria, sheltering children whose parents were killed in the Armenian genocide. Contains photographs documenting the travel by ship and locations around the region including trips to the Holy Land and other pilgrimage sites.
Two scrapbooks documenting the education and social life of a young Mennonite woman from Elkhart who attended Elkhart High School and the La Junta Mennonite School of Nursing in the 1920s. Contains photographs of fellow students and staff, newspaper clippings, graduation announcements and cards. The La Junta scrapbook also includes photographs after her graduation depicting travels and friends at home.
Two scrapbooks documenting Hostetler's experiences as a student at Goshen College Academy (1926-1930) and Goshen College (1930-1934). The scrapbooks contain photographs, invitations, notes and letters from friends, and ephemera.

A separate notebook includes minutes from Indiana-Michigan Conference Executive Committee meetings and miscellaneous handwritten notes.

A few other items include a Hamilton County, Kansas, map and a folder of photos from Donovan and Helen Bachman (some identified). The collection consists of 132 black and white negatives depicting various Civilian Public Service camps and miscellaneous scenes from Miller's travels, and 1 color print of Sidling Hill Civilian Public Service Camp in Pennsylvania. Also includes a booklet entitled On Sequoia Trails, which depicts live at Civilian Public Service Camp #107 in Three Rivers, California.
