Her head piece as well as bodice are adorned with myrtle. The groom is wearing an Edwardian style tuxedo, short at the waist but with tails. His vest is black. Shirt and bow tie are white. He is wearing a white glove and holding a top hat and white glove. They are in front of a backdrop.

The bride is Maria Dyck and the groom is Heinrich "Heinz" Janz. They look like they come from a well-to-do background.

Mrs Lehn is sitting on a bench beside him wearing a floor length light coloured dress (could be a wedding dress) ruffles shaped in a V down her bodice and also along the hem. . Mrs Lehn is the former widow Martin Friesen nee Enns. She later married Jacob H. Pauls (1873-1932).
