Used in the CM 4-50-1. A young Hungarian boy was given food, clothing & other aid in Vienna after fleeing his homeland. The caption for the published photo encouraged giving to aid others like him.
Used in CM 5-3-3. The summer home/winter ski resort in Ranzenbach near Vienna that was loaned to MCC by a Prot.church (see CM 4-50-1) for aiding Hungarian refugees. 1 of 3 centers. C.f.1994-14.2237.
Note with photo: 4 children (in Vienna?) hold tins of candy given to MCC (Jan.14) from Hungarian Coordinated Relief for distribution to orphans & children of poor families. Candy donated by Sinke Manufacturing Co. of Chicago.
