The collection consists of the records of the PAX Reunion Committee and primary source documents contributed by former PAX workers.  The collection is divided into series by name of the creator or contributor of the materials.  When contributors are unknown, the series are named for the PAX program they document.

These records are divided into six series:

(3) Financial Records, 1992-2005

(4) Executive Secretary Correspondence and Subject Files, 1971-2005

(5) Administrative Correspondence and Subject Files, 1986-2005

(6) Photographs and Audiovisual Materials, 1984-2002.

The personal papers of Beulah Stauffer Hostetler, consisting of creative and academic writings, correspondence, photographs, recordings, and miscellaneous subject files related to her research into Old Order life and her time as a professor at Elizabethtown College. Materials from her family members, particularly her father Ezra Stauffer, are also included.

Personal papers of a Mennonite Church pastor and administrator in the Indiana- Michigan Conference.  The papers are divided up into the following series:

Records consisting largely of yearbooks, class photographs, and bulletins.  Also include financial records, student records, and reunion information.

Photographic prints and contact sheets depicting Mennonite Board of Missions missionaries, voluntary service workers, and staff.  Most images are black and white.  Photographs of individual missionaries and voluntary service workers may include both formal portraits and "action shots" in the field.

Dockets, minutes, correspondence, and miscellaneous records of the board that governs the semi-independent magazine associated with the Mennonite Church USA. Includes an employee policy handbook and photographs of staff members.

The collection of the Mennonite Medical Association includes minutes and reports, convention materials, membership lists and news releases, correspondence, photographs and albums, and audio recordings from 1944 to 2003.

These records document the institutional history of a Mennonite turbuculosis sanatarium in Swink, Colo. that ultimately became the general hospital for the community of La Junta, Colo.  Other names by which this institution have been known include Mennonite Hospital and La Junta Medical Center.  In 1998, the hospital severed its association with the Mennonite Church and adopted the name Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center.

Records include board meeting minutes, early correspondence of long-time administrator Allen H. Erb, and financial records. The gradual process of the city of La Junta assuming responsibility for the hospital, which began in the 1960s, is also well-documented.

Small set of personal papers created by a Mennonite Sunday school curriculum writer.  Materials include correspondence he received from Mennonite writer and editor Clayton F. (Clayton Franklin) Yake, various collected materials, and a large framed set of photographs of World War II Mennonite alternative service workers.

Personal and pastoral papers of an (old) Mennonite Church pastor who served congregations in Indiana, worked as an interim pastor, and later became an overseer for the Indiana-Michigan Conference.  Materials include correspondence and subject files about his pastorates, congregations he served or consulted for, workshops and and publications, and miscellaneous topics.

Included in this collection are the photographs of the Mennonite Board of Congregational Ministries which document staff, board meetings, a number of youth conventions, and general assemblies.

Papers of a Mennonite women who began her career as a secretary in Mennonite organizations and transitioned into ministry in the 1970s and 1980s.  Fisher served on the pastoral team of College Mennonite Church (Goshen, Ind.) and as an overseer of Waterford Mennonite Church (Goshen, Ind.).  Her papers include correspondence, sermons and presentations, worship materials, photographs, audiotapes of sermons preached at College Mennonite Church, and miscellaneous materials.

Within this collection, researchers can find photographs of Mennonite Publishing House employees and photographs that were used in their publications, including The Gospel Herald. Other photographic subjects include the Mennonite World Conferences and Mennonite General Assemblies.
