Baptismal group of the Yarrow Mennonite Brethren Church

Used in CM 11-30-9. Baptismal group of 21 of the Yarrow Mennonite Brethren Church (average 16) pose outside. Baptism took place in the town's creek. See CM for names of candidates. The 3 young women wear white dresses and the young men white shirts. The 3 ministers with the group are: Rev. Hans Kasdorf, far left; Rev. H. Brucks, who served with baptism; and Rev. A. Rempel.

Portrait of A. P. Regier's mother-in-law's sister

Black and white. 3/4 length shot. Dark hair pulled back. Wearing dark dress with light coloured embellishments on front. Standing, facing the camera, with right arm resting on tall stool. Johann Braun's and A. P. Regier's mother-in-law's sister. Their descendants are in Vancouver - via Paraguay to Canada. These died with typhus hit. They had 3 daughters, one daughter was a Mrs. Heide (Mennonite Brethren) from Brazil to St. Catharines.

Photo on the Tiegenhof estate, the birthplace of Olga Enns. The people are unidentified. The name Jakob Boldt is written in old script on the back of the photograph. This could indicate that he was the owner of the photo and that he is part of the group shown on it. It is possible that some of these people were relatives of Olga Enns but no further information is available.
