Used in the CM 17-42-3 with an article of how the MCC Pax worker Harold Penner of Arnoud, Manitoba helped Santoch Kumar, his wife and child in India rise about starvation and poverty. Harold's formal photo (not enclosed) is shown in one corner of the photo which shows Mr. Kumar and his family in front of their house. When Penner left India, Mr. Kumar handed him a thank you letter to him and to MCC.
Used in the CM 4-6-3 when he was chosen by the India Mennonite Conference to represent the Mennonite Church in Idna at the General Conference meetings to be held in Winnipeg.
