Leo Driedger's interest in urban development is perhaps the reason he enjoyed taking pictures of newly built houses in the early 1950s in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Henry H. Pauls (sitting) and Jacob H. Pauls (standing) were seperated at the ages of 8 and 3 when their parents both died within a few weeks of each other. The two boys both immigrated to Canada in separate years and briefly reunited in 1931 in Winnipeg when this photo was taken.
Leo Driedger was a part of this alumni picture taken in 1955. Only the top half of his face can be seen on the middle-left of this photograph directly behind the lady with her hand in front of her face.
