Used in the CM 11-48-1. Mr. and Mrs. C. A. DeFehr, who observed their 60th wedding anniversary in November, are shown with Pastor I. W. Redekop of the Elmwood Mennonite Brethren Church who is presenting them with a certificate of merit in recognition of 60 years of membership in devotion to, and service in the church.

There is a descrepancy that could not be clarified in that, a note on the back of the photo states it was their diamond (60th) anniversary.

Used in the CM 6-39-7. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Peters observed their golden anniversary in their home with their children and grandchildren. Also present were Miss Katie Peters of Montreal, sister to Mr. Peters and and his brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Peters of Winnipeg.
