Merrit C. Stanton, Photographer, born in New York in 1870, a son of Ithra B. Stanton, also a photopher. He worked with his father in Akron (Summit) in 1888 and 1889, then opened his own studio at 26 1/2 South Fountain Avenue, Springfield.
