Collection consists of a single Christmas greeting in the form of a poem written by Alvin E. Miller.

A 118 page unpublished poem entitled "Who?", which deals with nuclear weapons.  Also includes a notebook containing drafts of the poem.

Emma Oyer’s collection contains many of her writings, including essays, poetry, and her diaries.  Her work as a Home Missionary is well documented in her diaries, which provide brief summaries of her daily activities. While these diaries do not document her entire life, her earliest years are represented at the Mennonite Home Mission, as well as her latter years as an author and essayist.  Her essays and poetry provide insights into her theology and faith. Also included is a 1951 edition of Missionary Sewing Circle Monthly dedicated to Emma Oyer, with eight tributes to her by Mennonite women.

2) Preface to Grandpa's "Revelations of God's Grace in my Life's Journey" by Ed Friesen
3) "Revelations of God's Grace in my Life's Journey" was translated into English by dauther-in-Law, Annie Friesen and grandson Ed Friesen with the help of Agatha Friesen.
4) 12 booklets of poetry by Heinrich D. Friesen
5) Separation sheet indicating 3 pictures of Henry Daniel Friesen and Friesen and his wife Katharina Kornelsen Friesen

The collection consists of a paper written by James O. Lehman entitled "The Building of Sonnberg's Second Church House in the 1860's" which includes a poem written by Ulrich Welty.

The collection includes a poem written by Joseph D. Smith on the occasion of his 60th wedding anniversary to his wife Anna S. (Belsly).

Sermons by Alvin Beachy

Personal papers of an Ohio Mennonite mother and author, best known for her poetry.  Materials consist primarily of handwritten, typed, and published poems, prose, and plays.  It appears that some of the published poems may predate 1956, but there is no direct evidence within the collection to support this supposition. Volunteers at  Millersburg Mennonite Church transcibed Gooding's poetry into MSWord.  These files are availble on CDs housed with the collection.

Researchers will also find biographical information and photographs and Gooding's correspondence with Ruth Erb.
