Administrative history

Peace Mennonite Church was an outgrowth of Grace Mennonite Church in Regina, Saskatchewan. It was felt that there was a place for a second congregation in Regina after the first reached a certain size. They began meeting in rented facilities in 1985 and formally organized as a congregation in 1986 with 20 charter members. They met in rented facilities until 1995 and then started sharing facilities with their parent congregation, Grace Mennonite Church, Regina.
