Rempel's explanations are included in the memos for each photo and a copy of them is included in this envelope. Following the photo explanations, Rempel tells Epp that he is also sending photos to "The Rundschau," a German language Mennonite newspaper. In No. 1, used in the CM 5-36-7, Dr. Fritz Kuiper of Amsterdam, Holland (left), and Dr. Walter Quiring of Rosthern converse in front of a building with columns (probably where the meetings were held?).
