Children of Maria Funk Hildebrand, 1905

Wedding photo of a young couple, children of widow Maria (Funk) Hildebrand b. 1905. Probably they are daughter Helena and husband Bruno Peters (see F-76) or Maria and Arthur Rempel. The bride is wearing a white satin dress, a veil and head piece, and carrying a bouquet of roses and carnations. The groom is wearing a dark suit, white shirt , dark tie and a boutonniere with a long white ribbon. The couple are standing at the bottom of steps.

Christoph Lehn b. 1884 is standing beside a white chair, wearing a dark 3 piece suit, white shirt and white tie. Mrs Lehn is sitting on a bench beside him wearing a floor length light coloured dress (could be a wedding dress) ruffles shaped in a V down her bodice and also along the hem. . Mrs Lehn is the former widow Martin Friesen nee Enns. She later married Jacob H. Pauls (1873-1932).

The bride is wearing a black dress, v-neck with a silk bow in front. Both have a white ribbon pinned to their collar. Johann's father Aron Derkson was a cousin to Gerhard Derksen.
