The twister (tornado), photographed by a newspaperman, that struck Fargo, N.D. Used in CM 5-26-5 with photos & feature art. by Frank H. Epp. Men from MDS Man. went to give aid. Cf. 1994-14.1215f. to 1994-14.1229.
Used in CM 5-26-6. A tree in the foreground that was stripped of its foliage in the tornado that struck the Golden Ridge area of Fargo, N.D. The water tower is in the bkgd.
Negatives only (2). Negative used in CM 5-26-5 (2nd neg) shows Rev. H.J. Gerbrandt of Altona, observing a wreck where 6 children lost their lives in the Golden Ridge area of Fargo. In 21st neg. Frank H. Epp stands beside a wrecked car?
Negatives only (4); # 8,9,10,11). Group photo of the volunteers from Morris, Grunthal & Steinbach, Man. who did MDS work in Fargo, N.D. A few were businessmen, the rest, farmers. Negative #10 was used in CM 5-26-5.

Negatives only (2). Negative #1 was used in CM 5-26-6. The Fitzgerald family (the father & his 5 children) are having a meal. They were some of the 650 people being fed through the Red Cross program.
Two of the MDS Man. men who were helping to clean up are walking away from a ruined house, possibly the one they were working on in 1994-14.1228. See latter for names of the men shown there. End of series on Fargo.
