Includes documentation of the Women in Leadership audit completed in 2010 and the Women in Leadership Conference All You Need Is Love held in 2014. Researchers should note that papers from that conference are not available in these records. Reference materials include issues of the Church of the Brethren's Womæn's Caucus newsletter, Femailings from 1982 to 1994.

The collection consists primarily of sermons given throughout her career serving in as Goshen College's campus pastor as well as at Guelph Mennonite Church (Guelph, Ont.), Hillcrest Mennonite Church (New Hamburg, Ont.), Stirling Ave Mennonite Church (Kitchener, Ont.), Warden Woods Mennonite Church (Scarborough, Ont.), Oak Grove Mennonite Church (Smithville, OH), and Lombard Mennonite Church (Lombard, IL). Recurring themes in the sermons emphasize church roles in accepting and supporting members who are single, divorced, widowed, and homosexual. Some notes and correspondence related to her work in organizing the Women in Ministry Conferences in 1982 and 2000 are also included.

The newsletters of Mennonite women contain information about the organization's officers, activities, and interests. The newsletter was titled "Mennonite Women" from 1997 through 2002, and "Mennonite Women USA" from 2003 through 2005. In 2002, Mennonite Women USA introduced a monthly email newsletter entitled "News and Notes from Mennonite Women USA, " its last issue appearing in January 2006. In August 2003, another email newsletter entitled "Postcard and a Prayer" debuted and has continued through the present (2013).

Fisher served on the pastoral team of College Mennonite Church (Goshen, Ind.) and as an overseer of Waterford Mennonite Church (Goshen, Ind.). Her papers include correspondence, sermons and presentations, worship materials, photographs, audiotapes of sermons preached at College Mennonite Church, and miscellaneous materials.
