Organizational records of a Mennonite intentional community in rural, north central Illinois. Materials are arranged chronologically and include correspondence, memorandums, reports, newsletters, finance reports, elder meeting minutes, questionnaires, and policies. Also included in the collection are legal and property records, articles of incorporation, bylaws, brochures, and miscellaneous sharing group and committee meeting minutes.

This fonds consists of bulletins, annual reports, directories, constitutions, minutes, newsletters, programmes, and a brief congregational history which pertain to the founding and development of the congregation. It documents the leaders and participants in the congregation. There are bulletins (1977-2019), annual reports (1976-1993), directories (1977-1996), constitutions (1977-1981), congregational meeting minutes (1978-1981), newsletters which also contain summaries of meetings but not actual minutes (1981-1997), programmes (1986-1997), and a brief congregational history (1986).

The fonds consists of bulletins (1965-2019), newsletters (1975-2001), "Crosswalk" (2007), directories (1975-1996), annual reports (1968-1993), constitutions and bylaws (1970-1977), pictorial directories ([197-?]-1989), deacon meeting minutes (1984), programmes (1987), other reports (1984) and an audio recording of the 25th anniversdary spring concert.. The records pertain to the founding and development of the congregation, documenting the activities of its leaders and participants.
