Eben-Ezer Mädchenheim Reunion

In this photograph the ladies are looking at photos from the Maedchenheim and sharing memories. The lady in the wheelchair is Tante Klassen. This item is one of five photos in a small scrapbook album created after a reunion of women associated with the Eben-Ezer Girls Home, which took place 6 August 1961 in a park in Vancouver, BC. Each photo has a description including the names of the women. The booklet also includes part of the program (i.e. poems written for the 25th anniversary of the home) and statistics such as a list of women who have become widowed in the previous 35 years, and a list of associates that died in the previous 35 years.
