This is a photo of David Loewen, the new director of Camp Arnes [in Manitoba] 1961 [illegible] appointed. David Loewen will graduate from the MB Bible College [Winnipeg, Man.] this spring. Mr. Loewen comes from Yarrow, B.C. [He is the] son of Rev. P.D. Loewen. [He served] 3 yr. with West Coast (summers) Children's Mission of B.C. Camp Arnes is a Christian camp that was begun by Mennonite Brethren people. It is located on the west shore of Lake Winnipeg, near Arnes, Man.
