Photos from the fundraising luncheon and program, held at Zion Mennonite Church, Hubbard, OR, Saturday, 8 Feb 2020. The theme this year was “A Woman is Our Shepherd,” and featured a panel of women pastors from Mennonite churches in the Pacific Northwest. The panel members are: Jeannie (Kauffman) Hershey, retired, Payette, ID; Kathy Bilderback, Evergreen Heights, Caldwell. ID; Megan Ramer, Seattle Mennonite, Seattle, WA; and moderator Marlene Kropf, Port Townsend, WA. Others identified in photos include Jerry Barkman, Rod Fretz, Pat Hershberger, Lynn Miller, Gloria Nussbaum, Harold Nussbaum, and Margaret Shetler.

This is a collection of 112 books in German collected and donated by Mennonites. Most are from the late 19th and early 20th Centuries. Bibles, Bible studies and devotional books, church history, song books, story books and Bible stories comprise the bulk of the collection. Miscellaneous items incude four modern books of German local history for Guntersblum, Lindenfels, Wiebelsheim, and the Warndt.

This small collection includes a set of photocopies of 12 original letters in German dated 1885-1889 or undated, with hand transcriptions into contemporary German script and with typed English translations (folders 1, 3 and 4) The translations in folders 3 and 4 were done by Edwin or Henry David Becker, it is not clear which. Folder 2 contains a different set of 14 letters dated 1869-1902 transcribed from German originals into a very legible apparently American hand by an unidentifed person.

First item in the binder is a 2-page article from Oregon Mennonite Centennial News, No. 2, June 1976, entitled "Rue, Sassafras, Wormwood...the medical practice of Delilah Troyer,"' by Shirley Yoder; Delilah was the wife of Amos P. Troyer.
The rest of the binder contains original marriage licenses for marriages performed by Amos P. Troyer, who was a Bishop of Zion Mennonite Church near Hubbard, Oregon. Thirty one of the licenses are from Clackamas County, OR; in the following list of the parties on the marriage licenses the county which issued the license is Clackamas unless otherwise indicated:
