Children are lined up in front of a well kept building with a tile roof, at an unidentified place. The man standing with them is likely Vernon Reimer, who served in India. Perhaps it is a refugee camp scene or a school. See photos of Vernon Reimer with Frank H. Epp at a feeding station in India in:1994-14.1595-1597, which were taken by Epp on his Asian tour. Perhaps this photo and the next one, 562, were taken on this trip as well.
