A steel rod frame construction makes the difference in the permanent housing projects in the Saigon area. Vietnam Christian Service is underwriting much of the cost for these kinds of houses. The house here has a steel rod frame and a roof and appears to be occupied already. Two children look at the camera amid various household effects including a tredle machine.
