Contains only the typescript of his text "Die Oktoberrevolution in Russland und ihre Auswirkungen: Zur Geschichte der Kommunistischen Partei der Sowjetunion (Bolschweiki)" of 1950. A photocopy is cataloged in the MLA library collection.

Mostly correspondence among Goertzen relatives. Most of the letters were translated by Hilda Ediger Voth in the early 1990s. A few other items include a Hamilton County, Kansas, map and a folder of photos from Donovan and Helen Bachman (some identified). Additional (untranslated) letters and photos donated by Helen Bachman in Apr. 2013.

This collection consists of diaries written by Maria (Becker) Warkentin, starting January 1, 1905, and continuing until her death, June 29, 1943.  The diaries were then continued by her daughter Anna Warkentin until March 24, 1977, shortly before her death on June 2, 1977.  All entries are written in German through 1955, and in English from 1956 through 1977.

Folder of financial records. Several folders of correspondence, mostly written by Maria to her son W. F. Unruh who was a missionary in India.

Reimer visited the MLA in 1990 on the way to the Mennonite World Conference in Winnipeg in 1990. He had a set of posters relating to Mennonite cemeteries in the Vistula Delta. The MLA photocopied many of his posters.

Also included is an advertising sheet about a "Hans Denk Fellowship" which Reimer was promoting.

It appears that some, maybe most, of the handwriting in this volume is H. R. Voth's. The "notes on Hopi ceremonies" at the beginning is clearly Voth's handwriting.

The end of the volume contains  copies of a few letters written by J. B. Frey.

It's not clear whether the dictionary entries are in Voth's or Frey's handwriting.
