This photo was sent to its recipient with an inscription of the back which reads: "In commemoration of our peace celebrations in Filadelfia..." and goes on to describe some of the platform dignitaries -- Lieutenant Ortez and his wife (who is a daughter of General Estigarribia with their body guard, a military Sargent. The Fernheim Oberschulze F. Loewens is standing behind the table. The banner over the heads of the platform guests translates: "Public interest before self-interest! Know and believe that the establishment of a community is the future for our children. Long live peace!
