Transcription created in 1963 of the ministerial records of a bishop who served the Franconia Conference of the Mennonite Church.  Materials include (1) a list of members of the Upper Skippack Mennonite Church (Pennsylvania) at the time of Bean's ordination, (2) names, dates, and locations of baptisms performed, (3) a list of Franconia Conference ordinations, and (4) names, dates,  ages, and texts preached for funerals performed.

These records, created by a Mennonite congregation in Goshen, Ind., are divided into four series:

(1) Bulletins, 1958-2011

(2) Newsletters, 1971-2010

(3) Minutes and Reports, 1964-2001

(4) Miscellaneous Church Records, 1980-2001

Outgoing correspondence and photographs of a Mennonite missionary and his family.  Correspondence consists of "form letters" to keep friends and families informed of their mission work in Kentucky.  The papers also include advertisements and other ephemera from "Wenger's Christian Supply" and "Wenger's Supply," a family business selling vitamins, nutritional supplements, and "the talking Bible."  An essay by Wayne Wenger, entitled "The Wearing or Non-Wearing of the Tie" is also found in these papers.

A small collection of records from a former Indiana-Michigan Conference congregation. These records were donated by former Pastor Vernard Guengerich, and primarily cover the period that he was pastor, 1971-1980.

This collection includes materials on the Global Mennonite History Project, Mennonite Board of Missions documents, a transcript of an interview with Roy and Florence Kreider, correspondence, and an annotated survey of inter-Mennonite relations in 1974 and 1987.

Letter from the Kaethlers written two months after their arrival in Friesland, Paraguay as medical missionaries.  The letter discusses the birth of their daughter, Wilma, the climate, their housing accommodations, and the 30 bed hospital.

The collection consists of letters written by Willard and Ann (Raber) Hunsberger from Guam to friends in the United States.  The Hunsbergers seem to have been engaged in missionary work, but they do not seem to have been serviing with the Mennonite Board of Missions.

Correspondence and subject files related to Swartley's research and involvement with local and national Mennonite committees, taskforces, and organizations.

A small set of personal papers created by a  Mennonite medical missionary couple in India at the turn of the 20th century.  Materials include William Page's diary (1899), outgoing correspondence by Alice and William Page, assorted travel documents (passports, tickets, etc.), clippings, and photographs.

An outgoing form letter updating friends and family on the Hallmans' mission work in Argentina.

This collection contains primarily outgoing correspondence from William G. Detweiler regarding his pastoral, evangelical, and personal activites.  Perhaps the most interesting document in the collection is a sermon log (1931-1956) containing information on churches preached in and texts or subjects referenced.  Within the correspondence are his resignation letters from the Canton Mennonite Mission, letters to Calvary Hour listeners and congregation members regarding salvation and morality, a letter from Anna to the "home folks," and a few "Baby letters" written to the newest members of congregations and their parents.  Also in the collection are bulletins and flyers regarding Mennonite Sunday school conferences and programs.

The collection includes correspondence and a number of papers written by William Klassen.

Handwritten and typed sermon texts and outlines written by a bivocational Mennonite minister in Nebraska.  The sermons are organized by topics, which include:  Bible Study, Christian Life and Church, Communion, Ordinances / Prayer Veil / Non-resistance, Parables, Regeneration / Heaven, Sanctification / Fellowship, the Seven Churches of Revelation, and Sin / Hell.

The collection consists of genealogical materials such as family trees, anecdotes and birth and death dates collected by William Strasser.
