Built in 1841, the top building (an Evangelical church) was moved in 1866 to Elgin St. and used as a tannery by Ringle and Stroh. The new church is presently used for shops is seen at bottom. Used in Hannes Schneider,p. 274A.

This drawing done by Charlotte Wiebe is of the back yard of the Wiebe farm in Barenhof, Poland. The drawing shows a long barn right beside the house. The house has two doors and two windows on the end and one window on the second floor. The barn has three large double doors, two Dutch doors, and two smaller doors. There are two windows on one end of the barn. There is a small picket fence on either side of the house and a fence with a gate on the left side of the drawing. There are some trees behind the buildings and one on the right side of the drawing.

This is a photo of the home of the Cornelius Dyck in Einlage near Ebling. Johann Cornies from Russia, the great-grandson of the great Cornies, took his bride, Margareta Duck, from his home. The carriage belonged to Cornies. [HR 10]
