This collection is primarily made up of church bulletins, some of which are in bound volumes. Additionally, it includes directories, minutes, newsletters and calendars.

This collection contains the records of Beech Mennonite Church (Formerly called Buchenland) in Louisville, OH going back to 1916. The records include bulletins, newsletters, minutes, as well as a variety of other church documents.

These records are divided into three series:  Early Records, 1977-1983, 1991; Editorial Council Minutes, 1977-2003; and Correspondence, 1983-2004.

A photocopy of a document signed by five heirs of Benedict Miller outlining arrangements for financial support of Benedict Miller's widow, Barbara Miller.

A small set of governing documents and minutes from a predecessor organization to the Mennonite Board of Missions and Charities.  This organization appears to have been managed from the Chicago Home Mission by M. S. Steiner.

A small set of family papers consisting primarily of correspondence from Benjamin Byler Stoltzfus (a farmer in West Liberty, Ohio and preacher at the Lima Rescue Mission of the (old) Mennonite Church) and his children B. Frank Stoltzfus (documenting his studies at Goshen College and his Mennonite Central Committee service in Constantinople, Turkey in 1917), Will A. Stoltzfus (including letters from New York Biblical Seminary and Beiruit, Lebanon, where he engaged in education and mission work in 1920-1921), Lena Stoltzfus, and Eli Stoltzfus.  Also includes poetry written by his daughter Rosie Stoltzfus Byler.

Included is a photocopy of a letter by Benjamin Eby dated October 17, 1849 and 4 transcripts and translations of additional letters by Benjamin Eby from 1851 to 1858 as used in the October, 1967 issue of the Mennonite Historical Bulletin.

Photocopies of diaries documenting Ebersole's experiences as a conscientious objector during World War I.  Also includes scattered correspondence and a list of conscientious objectors at Camp Meade (Maryland).

The collection consists of 5 pages of reflections on his life's experiences, written in 1924 at the age of 86.

An autobiography, entitled "As I Remember and Some Things I Have Learned," of a Mennonite woman who grew up in Chester County, Penn. and Lancaster County, Penn. and worked as an occupational therapist in several Mennonite mental hospitals.  Childhood reminiscences comprise about half of her memoirs, which also discuss her education and professional life.  Her autobiography includes reproductions of historical photographs, documents, and her artwork.   Researchers will also find filed with the autobiography two eulogies for Bertha Huber written by Ruth E. Krall.
