At the Sunday Missions Festival of the Conference of Mennonites in Canada, a Metis man speaks to the brothers, Adolf and Werner Ens (at left), former teachers at a reserve in northern Man. The Ens brothers recognized the Metis man who was from the Manitoba inter-lake area and was one of the many Indian and Metis beet weeders working in the Altona area for the season. The man 2nd from right is unidentified.
