1) Photographs

This fonds consist of church bulletins, annual reports, newsletters, minutes of church council and congregational meetings, financial records, constitutions, policies, legal records, worship, evangelism & mission activities, records of growth and expansion and photographs.

This slide show consists of color slides taken in 1979 depicting young adults in various voluntary service activities. These include serving at Marymound, and at YOU (Youth Orientation Units), founded by Peter Rempel. In the YOU program young adults work in a small lumber mill, make log homes, and take care of farm animals. The script lists 69 slides, however only the first 34 remain. Included with these slides is a script and audio cassette #2326.

Photographs of campus life, especially graduation ceremonies.

This fonds consist of bulletins, registers, directories, worship schedules, minutes, correspondence, annual reports and other reports, covenants, statistics, brief congregational histories, and newsletters which pertain to the founding and development of the congregation. There are bulletins (1967-2005, 2014-2015, 2017-2018), membership and family registers (1968-1980), directories (1967, 1988?, 1992-1996, 2004, 2011-2017), worship schedules (1976-1991), minutes of various groups including congregational meeting and planning committee meeting (1966-2001, 2004-2005), correspondence (1965-1999), annual reports (1966-1991, 1993, 2000), other reports (1966-1980), covenants and bylaws (1968-1987), statistics (1966-1981), brief congregational histories (1967-1977), some photographs ([1974?]) and newsletters (1974-1981).

This fonds consists of bulletins, annual reports, minutes, directories, constitutions, and registers which pertain to the beginning and development of the Mennonite congregation in North Kildonan, Manitoba. It documents the leaders and participants. The fonds contains membership, baptismal, marriage, and family registers (1929-1979), congregational constitutions (1976-1996), congregational bulletins (1963-1965, 1968-1974, 1976-1979, 1982-1992, 1994-2016, 2018), annual reports (1975-2000), congregational meeting minutes (1976-2000), congregational board meeting minutes (1976-1979), directories (1969-1997, 2015-2016, 2018), and a funeral aid society constitution (1969).

This fonds consists of church bulletins, pastors' correspondence, treasurer's correspondence, Sunday School records, membership records, constitutions, church board and membership meeting minutes and reports, administrative files (such as activities of the Service committee and the Christian Endeavour and youth committee work during the late 1960s, pastoral search committee files, church retreat files, a Vacation Bible School file, and topical files such as war tax, prison, congregation statistics and gift discernment.), financial records (such as building committee records such as the specifications for the construction of the Church at Marvin Place and documents pertaining to its sale and the 1981 building plans), ladies group records and a small photograph collection (depicting various functions of the church such as Sunday School, girl's club, adult Bible Study group, evening worship service and the exterior of the church building.) These files all related to the activities of the congregation, first as a mission outreach project and, secondly, as an established church.

This fonds contains materials concerning Bethel Mennonite Church, the wider church, their work in education, and personal matters. The Bethel Church materials consist primarily of minutes, reports and correspondence relating to various committees and church activities. From the wider church, there are materials from the Bible Society, the General Conference Mennonite Church, and the Mennonite World Conference. The education materials include teaching notes, aids and resources, administration materials, exams, and minutes from the Winnipeg Science Teachers Association and the Teachers' Science Club. Finally, the collection includes a variety of personal items including receipts, publications on home building and renovation, personal notebooks, artwork from their children, materials from the Credit Union and CFAM, travel resources and records, and correspondence.
