This fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, and financial and legal documents. The records record the issued discussed, decisions made about the distribution of funds raised, report from programs or projects that their funds supported. The records record the financial transactions required for standard accounting and for functioning as a registered charity. The correspondence documents the breadth of the contacts that this women's group maintained including such organizations as Mennonite Central Committee, Canadian Association for the Mentally Retarded, Faith and Life Communications and General Conference Mennonite Church Women in Mission. The photographs include some from the mission fields that were recipients of funds from their organization.

This fonds contains a ledger containing family and genealogical data, including some church transfer documents, 16 sermon booklets and additional loose pages, a personal date book (Christliches Vergissmeinnicht), and several other documents created or collected by Peter J. Dyck. There is an English translation of a sermon written by P.J. Dyck on the occasion of the "sudden and self-inflicted death of a person whose passing causes the bereaved great sorrow" which is of note.

Isaac "Ike" Froese fonds

This fonds consists of a sampling of key documents which Ike Froese preserved from his life’s passion and work related to how he worked within the Mennonite Church to relate and minister amoung North American aboriginal people. Correspondence, news clippings, and research papers are found in this fonds. The files include information on the history of Mennonite Pioneer Mission and Conference of Mennonites in Canada Native Ministry programs, especially from 1970 to 1980, but also there are a few documents from the 1980s and 1990s. The fonds contains one series of textual materials and another of photographs, which show people, place and events of significance to his life.

This fonds consists of diaries, family history, photographs, and an inheritance document. The diaries are written by both Tina Braun and her husband Frank Braun and document their lives as mature adults living in the Altona, Manitoba area. The photographs deal with fruit production in the St. Catharines area.

Anganeta Wiebe fonds

This fonds includes letters and photographs sent by Aganetha Wiebe in Russia to her daughter Helena Dyck who lived in Canada, 1930-1939, and to her brother Gerhard Klasssen in Germany in 1944. The letters reflect the economic situation in South Russia, the lifestyle, religious beliefs and events experienced by Aganetha, including her flight to Poland in 1944. There is also material about Aganetha’s son Abram, his wife Ira and son Walter. Many of the letters were transcribed and translated by Anganetha’s granddaughter, Ruth Wood (nee Ruth Dyck) in 1994.
The photographs capture a sampling of various family members and events from the 1896 engagement of Aganetha Klassen to Peter G. Wiebe, to a Wiebe family reunion in Petershagen, Germany in 1995.

George Groening fonds

This fonds consists of sermons preached by Groening 1938-2010, cassette tapes of church services where he preached that cover 3 years when he was the pastor at Eden Mennonite Church, and a record of marriages and funerals he officiated at. Groening was an exceptionally organized person. The vast sermon collection of some 3800 sermons with an index covers a wide time frame and geography. With his donation of sermons are 83 cassette tapes recording the church services at the Eden Mennonite Church in Chilliwack, BC while he was pastor. Some of the tapes have lines drawn in pen on the cassettes showing where his sermon begins.

The records document Mennonite life in Russia and early Mennonite life on the Manitoba Mennonite West Reserve. Starting with the Jacob Wall diary (created by Johann's father) with details of life in Russia, to school materials (penmanship) and copied reports and speeches such as information on Hutterites written by Heinrich Donner, and ending with his own financial records as a mill owner in Manitoba and Saskatchewan., which have details of life in Canada. There are legal documents such as land, mortgage and income tax documents. Of special interest are portions of a blue print for the mill that Johann Wall built and operated in Blumenort, Manitoba.

Chortitzer Mennonite Conference fonds

The earliest records in this fonds date back to 1843 when a church membership register was begun in the Bergthal Colony in South Russia - a book which was brought along with the emigrants in 1874. The membership records in this fonds continue to cover the period in Canada from 1874 onward. After 1930 the records at the Mennonite Heritage Centre dealing with the Chortitzer Mennonite church are extremely sparse. The collection comprises of some preaching schedules and annual report books. The bulk of the materials are from the Waidenamt organization.

The most unique and important document is the letter of invitation (Privilegium) signed by John Lowe of Canada's department of agriculture in July 1873.
