The photo shows the Johann B. F. Toews residential house under construction in Laubenheim. The two story log framed house is made of clay bricks and corrugated metal sheets. The veranda is seen on two sides but the posts at the front indicate that it will wrap around the house. There is a smaller building beside the house. [Johann Toews] and another man are standing in front of the house while a child is playing on the ground.
