This is a photo of one girl and four boys standing in a garden eating carrots. They had never tasted carrots until their parents joined Valladolid agricultural teams and learned to plant vegetables. The Honduran Mennonite Church and Mennonite Central Committee work with agricultural groups in various communities in Honduras.
