Roth notes "The one 1/2 story brick house was built by/for Daniel Schrag (after 1861). A "Doddyhaus" was added to the east end. The woodshed and summer kitchen at the west end were replaced with a breezeway, providing a cover to the basement and a garage. The barn was built in 1915 - in 1999 it has been greatly altered".
