M. C. Cressman Store with family in front

This is a copy of an early 20th century picture of the M.C. Cressman dry goods store in Kitchener, Ontario, with the Cressman family standing in front of it along with several unidentified persons. The family included Menno C. Cressman, Mary Ann (Nahrgang) Cressman, Grace (Cressman) Shuh and Joseph "Boyd" Cressman. The other people may be employees.

Waterloo Pioneer Memorial Tower

On slide: "Doon, Memorial Tower- Flo, Myra & Stella" This is the Waterloo Pioneer Memorial Tower built in 1926 to commemorate the early Pennsylvania German settlers in Waterloo County. Florence Cressman Snyder, Myra Cressman and Stella Cressman, mother and aunts of the photographer's wife, Helen, are standing at the base of the memorial.
