German scripture card

This is a greeting cards with a Bible verse in German from Matthew 10:16. In tanslation: "Behold, I send you out as [image of sheep] in the midst of [image of wolves]; so be wise as serpents and innocent as [image of doves]." On the back of the card is written in Gothic German script, "Herzlichen grusz an Heinrich, von Annele".

This is a photo of two Eckert children who lived in or near Herzenberg. The boy is wearing an outfit with short pants, a sailor collar and checked leggings. The little girl is sitting on a chair, dressed in a light dress with puffy sleeves.

This is a postcard of a typical house-barn in the village of Tiege, Zagradovka (Russia) with tall trees around it and a gate in the front. The handwritten annotation of the back reads "Nicht Tiege, sondern Neu-Schönsee, Sagradowka. Haus von Aeltestern Warkentin" (not in Tiege but rather Neu-Schönsee, home of Aeltester Warkentin).
