Auf dem Bild sieht man eine Luftaufnahme der Tannin - Fabrik der Casado - Gesellschaft. Hier wurde von Quebracho - Holz, das man aus dem weitgehend unbesiedelten Chaco holte, die Essenz - Tannin genannt - gewonnen und verkauft, auch auf internationalem Markt. Diese Fabrik befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Siedlerlagers und einige Einwanderer fanden da auch Anstellung während der Zeit, die sie sowieso im Lager warten mussten bis das Land vermessen und sie in das eigentliche Siedlungsgebiet ziehen konnten.
