A group of Japanese university students with Paul W. Boschman

Used in the CM 2-32-3. A group of Japanese university students who attended the English Bible class pose with Paul W. Boschman who taught the class weekly in one of the classrooms of the Miyazaki University. Two members of the class were Christians. "The Canadian Mennonite" is written on the back of the photo. This class was formerly taught by W. C. Voth.

Note on back: "Approach to Miyazaki shrine." E. Paetkau also written on back. She was a missionary to Japan. The building is seen in the distance framed by the tall beams of the entrance to the shrine. See art. in CM 10-27-8.
