This small set of records includes the church treasurer's record (1957-1958), bulletins (1984-2016, incomplete), the constitution of the Upper Peninsula Youth Endeavor (undated), and the local ministers' fellowship meeting minutes (1962-1988, incomplete).  It also includes three folders of records kept by Norman and Florence Weaver on the history of the congregation and records under the Weavers' leadership.

Personal papers of a Mennonite pastor and youth leader who was received into the Catholic Church in 2005.  An innovator in the Mennonite tradition, Herr and his wife, Mary, led the (old) Mennonite Church's Mennonite Youth Fellowship, developed a Voluntary Service discipleship program in Phoenix, Arizona, and founded the Hermitage, a spiritual retreat center in Three Rivers, Michigan.  Materials in this set of papers document Herr's work in all three of these programs / institutions.  Researchers will also find in this collection a number of articles, sermons, and papers by Herr, information on the 1961 meeting of Mennonite leaders with Billy Graham, and records pertaining to Herr's pastorates at Pleasant Valley Mennonite Church (Harper, Kansas) and College Mennonite Church (Goshen, Indiana).

This fonds contains oral interviews gathered on the subject of labour history from the view of Mennonite business owners and Mennonite employees and well as the history of Westgate Mennonite Collegiate in Winnipeg. The workers were selected from different gender and social classes. The content formed the basis for Thiessen's thesis on labour history of Russian Mennonites, a book on unions, and history of the private Mennonite high school, Westgate.
