Founded in 1944 by the Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches as the first Mennonite Bible college in Canada. Concord College was established in 1992 as a successor to MBBC. In 2000 Concord College became a part of the Canadian Mennonite University and moved to the CMU campus on Shaftesbury Boulevard.
