This is a photo of Elder Heinrich Funk with his youngest son Gerhard. Funk studied theology in Switzerland. For many years he was the religion teacher at the Neu-York Zentralschule in the Ignatyevo settlement. He was arrested, exiled and suffered greatly. He died in Kasachstan. [HR 178]
