This series documents Mumaw's career as an educator. It includes course syllabi, lesson plans, assignements, and course evaluations for courses taught at Eastern Mennonite University, Goshen College, and Oregon State University. These materials include documentation of Mumaw's home economics seminar and maternal and child nutrition seminar in Jamaica, most notably follow-up evaluations with alumni of the maternal and child nutrition seminars and cassette tapes of lectures delivered during the 1976 seminar. Researchers should note the presence of a syllabus and other materials relating to a popular Goshen College course that Mumaw did not teach -- Family Life 300: Human Sexuality, taught by Dr. Willard Kraybill (Fall 1985).
