Hispanic congregation from the First Mennonite Church in Kitchener put on a delicious meal in honour of Ron Mathies' departure in the summer of 1996. Mathies moved from being the Director of Conrad Grebel College's Peace and Conflict Studies programme and Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies to the position of Director of Mennonite Central Committee.
