This postcard inscription is addressed: "Please pass on to Miss Maria Harms." It appears to be a "love letter" and is written in the form of a poem, expressing the desire to be together. "Come visiting me sometime with your parents...I want to end this secret...by sending this little card which expresses heartfelt greetings...Think hard who might be writing you. I think you know who is sending you hugs and kisses..."
