This collection consists of the official records of the Indiana Mennonite Women's Missionary Rally Committee.  Documents include meeting minutes, correspondence, registration lists, rally programs and posters, and financial reports.  The collection also includes sound recordings from the 1979 and 2003 rallies.

This scrapbook thoroughly documents the academic and social aspects of Kanagy's nursing course at La Junta Mennonite School of Nursing.  Materials in the scrapbook include poems, photographs (labelled), diary entries, handbooks, church bulletins, cartoons, class schedules, party invitations, revival services, concert programs, and wedding invitations.

Also with the scrapbook are three class reunion photographs from 1992, 1994, and 1998.

The transcripts are the official record of educational credits earned by students and degrees conferred by the nursing school.  Transcripts are available on microfilm and in the student files.  The student files may also contain application materials, letters of recommendation, results of aptitude tests, and correspondence.  Some files also contain a photograph of the student.

Governing documents, minutes, reports, correspondence, and curricular materials from the La Junta Mennonite School of Nursing, a nurses training school operated by the Mennonite Board of Education.

Personal papers of Martha Smith Good, a female minister in the Mennonite Church. The collection consists primarily of sermons given throughout her career serving in as Goshen College's campus pastor as well as at Guelph Mennonite Church (Guelph, Ont.), Hillcrest Mennonite Church (New Hamburg, Ont.), Stirling Ave Mennonite Church (Kitchener, Ont.), Warden Woods Mennonite Church (Scarborough, Ont.), Oak Grove Mennonite Church (Smithville, OH), and Lombard Mennonite Church (Lombard, IL). Recurring themes in the sermons emphasize church roles in accepting and supporting members who are single, divorced, widowed, and homosexual. Some notes and correspondence related to her work in organizing the Women in Ministry Conferences in 1982 and 2000 are also included.

Materials pertaining to various workshops, training opportunities, and meetings sponsored by Mennonite Women USA.  At this time, this series only contains information regarding the PREP (Preparing, Resourcing, Encouraging, Praising) meeting for Mennonite Women USA conference leaders.

Includes packets of organizational information given to members of the board of directors and minutes and dockets (with reports) for board meetings.

Researchers should note that there are no minutes, dockets, or reports available between March 2001 and March 2003.

The newsletters of Mennonite women contain information about the organization's officers, activities, and interests.  The newsletter was titled "Mennonite Women" from 1997 through 2002, and "Mennonite Women USA" from 2003 through 2005.  In 2002, Mennonite Women USA introduced a monthly email newsletter entitled "News and Notes from Mennonite Women USA, " its last issue appearing in January 2006.  In August 2003, another email newsletter entitled "Postcard and a Prayer" debuted and has continued through the present (2013).

Materials created by the editor of Mennonite Women USA publications, which include the magazine Timbrel, the Mennonite Women USA website, and various brochures, booklets, and programs.

Project and reference materials accumulated by Mennonite Church USA staff charged with administering the Women in Leadership Project.  Includes documentation of the Women in Leadership audit completed in 2010 and the Women in Leadership Conference All You Need Is Love held in 2014.  Researchers should note that papers from that conference are not available in these records.  Reference materials include issues of the Church of the Brethren's Womæn's Caucus newsletter, Femailings from 1982 to 1994.

Correspondence and subject files maintained by Marian Hostetler, executive secretary of the Women's Missionary and Service Commission from 1987 to 1996.  Materials include information on the business and professional women's interest group, scholarship information, memos sent to executive committee members, scripts of skits, correspondence with conference WMSC leaders, and slide shows produced for Mennonite Church General Assemblies,

Correspondence and subject files of the lead staff person for the Women's Missionary and Service Commission (WMSC).  These files primarily document the tenure of Beulah Kauffman (1966-1978), but also include documentation from other executive secretaries, including Florence Shantz (1956-1958), Doris Snyder (1958-1959), Dorothy McCammon (1960-1966) and Barbara Reber (1979-1986).  Researchers will find that materials in these records provide information about both the WMSC's activities and the WMSC's relationships to other Mennonite organizations.

Correspondence files of two presidents of the Women's Missionary and Service Commission (WMSC):  Lina Ressler (1929-1938) and Minnie Graber (1951-1959).  Ressler's correspondence comprises only one folder of this set of records.  The remaining materials pertain to the presidency of Minnie Graber. Most correpondence appears to be among various WMSC executive committee members.

Assorted photographs, most pooly labeled and identified, from the 1960s depicting various meetings, speakers, and worship services of the Women's Missionary and Service Commission.  Researchers may find original photographs used in Women's Missionary and Service Commission publications in these records.  Also among these records are several photographs of Annie Vallotton, illustrator of the Good News Bible, first published in 1966.

A small set of records documenting relationships between the Women's Missionary and Service Commission and three other Mennonite women's groups:  Grupos Hispanos Femeniles del la Iglesia Menonita, Central Women's Organization of the Mennonite Church in India, and the Northwest Ohio Mennonite Business and Professional Women's Organization. Records consist primarily of correspondence, event programs, and a scrapbook.
