Absalom (1817-1900) and Mary (Bricker) (1823-1891) Snyder at the Snyder homestead at Fisher's Mills south of Kossuth. The home was built in about 1850. Left to right: Catharine Snyder (daughter), Absalom, Mary, a hired man with two horses. Absalom and Mary Snyder are the grandparents of Martha (Snyder) Bechtel.
