Home shared by the Bartels and Walls families
This photo is of the rented farm in Beaverdale; the home was shared by the Bartels and Walls families. Two windows on the first floor, either side of the chimney, indicates the room where families of the Hespeler area began to worship independently of the Old Mennonites.

This photo is of the Bartel home in Hespeler, purchased in 1929. The Hespeler group continued to worship in this house until they moved to a rented hall. House still in possession of the Bartel family, in 1983.
