In a Mennonite Community everyone was sensitive to their neighbours' need and rallied to help him rebuild after a fire and restore the loss. A lot of preparation was done on the site before the day of barn-raising, such as laying the foundation and floor, preparing the hand hewn beams and placing them in order for erection."
